• The products presented on the website are a demonstration catalog, not a legally binding offer. Order confirmation constitutes a legally binding contract between the customer and DIVERSO HAIR™.

II. Delivery

• The customer bears the risk of damage or loss during delivery, starting from the moment the goods are handed over to the courier. All goods must be carefully inspected upon receipt.
• DIVERSO HAIR™ is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies and reserves the right to refuse delivery if items are out of stock.

III. Warranty Terms

• If the product is provided with a warranty document by the manufacturer, the warranty terms are described within. Warranty service limitations may apply if visible transport damage is present.

IV. Prices and Payment

• All prices include VAT but exclude transportation costs outside of Plovdiv, where delivery is free. For international orders, the customer is responsible for customs duties and other charges.
