- Cash on delivery: payment on receipt, for customers in Bulgaria.
- Bank transfer: advance payment by bank.
- Card payment: we accept debit and credit cards through a secure payment system.
- PayPal: for customers outside Bulgaria.
- Instalments: through TBI Bank, spreading the cost over monthly payments — for customers in Bulgaria only.
Delivery within Bulgaria
- Orders are delivered within one business day, or on the day the courier serves the location.
- Delivery is by Econt and Speedy — to an address or to a courier office. Collection from our store is also possible.
Delivery to Romania and Greece
- Shipped with Speedy.
- Cost: €5.08 to Romania and €6.18 to Greece.
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days.
Delivery to the rest of Europe
- Shipped with DPD.
- Germany and Austria: €20.00. Italy, France, Belgium and the Netherlands: €23.32. Spain: €40.22.
- Czechia, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia: €8.00.
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days.
