Exchange of Products
If the purchased item does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it within 100 days of receiving it (the legal term is 14 days). To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, without any external odors (such as creams, perfumes, smoke, etc.), and accompanied by a receipt or waybill, issued by the courier who delivered it.
Return Conditions
You can return a product purchased from our online store within 100 days of receipt. Used products cannot be returned. The following conditions must be met for your return request to be considered:
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Refunds are made via bank transfer to the bank account you provide.
- Returns with cash on delivery are not accepted.
- The refund covers only the value of the product.
- Custom orders, such as sewing rows, are not eligible for return.
- Hair that has been dyed, bleached, or toned is also not eligible for return.
When Returns Are Not Accepted:
- For orders that include hair extensions with sewn-in rows (with or without clips).
- When the hair color has been changed (dyed, bleached, toned).
- If the length of the hair has been altered (cut).
- In cases of visibly burned hair from heat styling (flat iron, curling iron, etc.).
- Without proof of purchase showing that the item was bought from us.
After accepting the returned item, we will contact you to confirm receipt, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days (the legal term is 14 days). The amount will be refunded to the bank account provided in the return form.
Shipments that have been damaged during transport due to inadequate packaging will be returned to the customer at their expense.
