Terminology Used
In this document, the terms are used according to Bulgarian legislation.- Personal Data: Any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person.

- Sensitive Personal Data: Personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a person, health data, or data concerning a person’s sex life and sexual orientation.
- Employees: Workers or employees in an employment relationship, as well as lawyers and other persons acting on behalf of and under the direct control of the company, regardless of the specific nature of the relationship.
